In a large wine glass, combine 2 oz Novara, 1/2 oz Jolly Cut Sumac Cranberry Syrup, 3Â oz Gruvi Dry Secco, 2 oz soda water over plenty of ice. Stir gently to combine. Garnish with dehydrated lemon wheel and fresh rosemary sprig if you have it.
