Herbal Gimlet Set

We've taken the classic Gimlet and given it an earthy herbal spin! Shake 2 oz dry gin, 1 oz sour mix, 2 dashes bitters with plenty of ice. Strain into chilled coupe and garnish with dehydrated lime wheel.
