Need an instant boost for your happy hour? Try an easy Espresso Martini! Shake 2 oz vodka, 1 oz coffee concentrate, 1/2 oz coffee liqueur, 1/4 oz simple syrup with ice, and strain into chilled cocktail glass. Optional: skip the coffee liqueur and increase syrup to 3/4 oz.
