Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping takes 3-5 business days, while fragile glassware is double-boxed to ensure it arrives safely at your doorstep.

Yes, Cocktail Emporium ships worldwide. International delivery times vary by location, typically ranging from 7 to 21 business days depending on customs processing.
What is your return policy for bar tools?
We offer a 30-day return policy for unused bar tools in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, bitters and syrups are final sale.
Are your cocktail shakers dishwasher safe?
While many of our stainless steel shakers are dishwasher safe, we recommend hand-washing all plated items (gold, copper, or gunmetal finish) to maintain their luster and prevent peeling.
What happens if my order arrives damaged?
If your items arrive broken or damaged, please email us a photo of the product and packaging within 48 hours of delivery, and we will send a replacement immediately at no extra cost.
